Love you to Pizzas! NCA's Valentines Day dance hosted by the students of BeStrong, will be held Thursday, February 16, 2023 during 6th and 7th period! The dance is open to all students (7-12th grade). In order to participate in the school dance students must: have passing grades in all classes and turn phones in prior to entering the dance.
National School Counseling Week 2023, “School Counselors: Helping Students Dream Big,” sponsored by the American School Counselor Association (ASCA), will be celebrated from Feb. 6–10, 2023, to focus public attention on the unique contribution of school counselors within U.S. school systems and how students are different as a result of what school counselors do. National School Counseling Week highlights the tremendous impact school counselors can have in helping students achieve school success and plan for a career. This presentation and Q & A will be held at North Central Academy at 5:00pm on Tuesday, February 21, 2023. A representative from Terra State Community College and Tiffin University will present information and answer all questions about this wonderful opportunity. CCP is an option for 7th-12th grade students to take college courses, earn college credits, and do this for all for FREE!

Attention NCA Families: We have received several parent inquires regarding busing for Fostoria area students when FCS is on a 2 hour delay and wanted to provide you with the most accurate information. When Fostoria City Schools is on a 2-hour delay, the NCA bus will run on a 3-hour delay. Students will be picked up on the west-side of the building by the FJSHS cafeteria doors. 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for students in the North Central Ohio ESC service area.
Students learn specific, tangible strategies to answer more questions correctly, how to decipher questions designed to thwart their performance, & specific academic content that is regularly tested on the ACT.
